Why do we charge fees?

While many of our travel planning services are free of charge for you since we earn a commission from our supplier partners, some of our services do incur a service charge so we can provide advisory services and customer support before, during, and after your trip. Charging a service fee also enables us to match you to the travel experience that is the best fit for you, regardless of whether or not we receive a commission from that supplier. 

Fee Structure

Cruise and Tour Package Booking

• Cruise and tour package booking is always free! 
• We can also save you money by finding cruise and tour discounts that are not available online!

Air Booking Fees:

• Domestic Air: $25/ticket*
• International Air: $50/ticket*
• Air Ticket Change/Cancelation: $35/ticket

*Air booking is complementary with the purchase of a commissionable cruise or tour package. Discounts are available for churches and non-profit organizations. Contact us for more information. 

Planning/Service Fees:

• Planning and service fees vary based on the complexity of your itinerary, but will never exceed 15% of your total trip cost. 
• Wilderness/Backpacking trip planning fees vary based on complexity and length of the trip.
